Job summary

Gallagher Fluid Seals, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead our quality organization across manufacturing operations.

You will develop and maintain QA policies, manage audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and related standards while driving continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor's in engineering or quality management, 7–10 years in quality leadership, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP and QMS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, quality assurance practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector, preferably with precision components or industrial products.
• Proven track record of implementing quality improvements and measurable results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, CQE) preferred.
• Proficiency in quality management software and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain ISO certification and pursue additional certifications as needed.
• Lead internal audits and supplier quality management programs.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor quality performance metrics, trends, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Provide training on lean methodologies and Six Sigma problem solving.
• Manage disposition of non-conforming material and NCRs in Salesforce Case module.
