Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQM/OE, CSSBB) highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficient in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing and developing quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and manage internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product and process quality.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and deliver quality-related training to manufacturing staff.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
