Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Otsego, MI is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives across the product lifecycle. You will develop and implement QMS, supervise quality engineers, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities include auditing, CAPA implementation, data analysis, and driving continuous improvement while coordinating with production, engineering, and supply chain to deliver high quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards.
Ability to implement and improve quality systems.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Conduct audits to ensure ISO 9001 and other standards compliance.
Analyze quality data and implement CAPA.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to integrate quality.
