Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science engineering degree such as materials, chemical, and/or mechanical
• At least 7-10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing
• Minimum of 5 years in a quality engineering role
• Excellent with data analysis software and techniques, including Excel, MiniTab, Pi, Access, JMP, etc.
• Strong statistics and analytical skills (MSAs, gage R&R, bias studies)
• Performance Excellence certified green belt and/or black belt
• Excellent leadership skills, ability to work at all levels of the organization, continuously mentor, coach or teach

• Lead customer quality activities and ensure customer requirements are understood and met
• Coordinate corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, operations, product engineering, and account teams to meet customer quality requirements
• Maintain MSA systems and develop inspection/testing methods for product and equipment precision and accuracy
• Lead new product introduction, experiments, process control, scale-up, and manufacturing transfer
