Job summary

The role covers new product introductions, pilot lines, technology transfers, and major process changes. The successful candidate will apply PPAP, PCPD, MSA, capability evaluation, risk management, and structured problem‑solving to deliver robust, quality‑driven manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
- 7+ years experience in manufacturing quality or related role.
- Experience with new product introduction, pilot/startup, or major process change.
- Experience applying PPAP or similar qualification methods.
- Knowledge of PCPD, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and process capability.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer and process requirements into manufacturing controls and qualification plans.
- Lead PPAP, qualification, and production-readiness activities for new products and changes.
- Develop and maintain process flows, CTQ, PFMEAs, and readiness evidence.
- Lead MSA, capability studies, and data analysis to verify controls.
- Develop PCPD elements including SOPs, training, and change control.
