Lippert seeks a Quality Manager to oversee QA across the organization, developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and systems to exceed customer expectations. You will monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include establishing QA processes, leading audits, investigating complaints, and training teams. A technical degree and 5+ years in QA are preferred; CQE/CQM or Six Sigma is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management.
• CQE, CQM, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Design and implement quality assurance systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain quality standards in accordance with regulatory and industry requirements.
• Monitor and review product designs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure that appropriate quality testing is conducted and results documented.
• Conduct periodic audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system.
• Investigate customer complaints and recommend corrective action.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvements.
• Provide training on quality assurance processes and techniques.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee the development and implementation of QMS requirements.
• Provide guidance to other departments on customer and QMS.
