Lippert is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee all QA activities, ensuring products and services meet and exceed customer expectations. This role develops quality policies, procedures, and systems, and drives continuous improvement across the organization.

The incumbent will lead quality initiatives, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions while aligning with regulatory and industry standards. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in QA are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsabilités

• Design and implement quality assurance systems and processes
• Develop and maintain quality standards in accordance with regulatory and industry requirements
• Monitor and review product designs to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Ensure that appropriate quality testing is conducted and that test results are documented
• Conduct periodic audits to assess effectiveness of the quality management system
• Investigate customer complaints and recommend corrective action
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvements
• Develop and provide training on quality assurance processes and techniques
• Stay up to date with industry standards and regulations
• Oversee the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures
• Provide guidance to other departments on customer and QMS
