Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive quality systems across the organization, ensuring product reliability, operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor the QA team, drive continuous improvement through CAPA, SPC, RCA and FMEA, collaborate with suppliers and auditors, and uphold the Nobody Covers You Better™ promise in every product and process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Mgmt, or related discipline from an accredited university or college.
• At least 8 y+ years of relevant quality, continuous improvement, manufacturing experience including at least 5 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience.
• 3+ years of QMS / ISO9001 or similar experience required.
• CMQ/QE, CQE, CQA are all preferred.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight of quality assurance operations to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
• Quality Management System development and maintenance to ensure product quality and process reliability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee quality control processes, audits, inspections, and supplier quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using CAPA, SPC, RCA, and FMEA; drive Six Sigma or Lean projects.
• Mentor QA team and foster a culture of collaboration across the organization.
