Job summary

Caplugs is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to plan, coordinate, and direct the company's Quality System to ensure compliance with customer requirements. The role includes serving as the Quality Management Representative and overseeing the Quality Control Department to maximize product reliability while minimizing costs.

The candidate will write required documentation, organize third-party and internal audits, respond to complaints with corrective actions, and participate in management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering with 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience supporting quality systems and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coordinate audits and respond to quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Quality Management Representative for the quality system.
• Writes upper and lower level documents as required by the quality system.
• Oversees the development of policies and procedures for conducting department operations.
• Organizes and schedules third party audits pertaining to the quality system.
• Conducts internal audits of the quality system.
• Responds to customer complaints and completes corrective action requests.
• Organizes and leads the Management Review meeting.
• Participates in the supplier evaluation process.
• Formulates and maintains quality objectives and coordinates objectives with production managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
• Analyzes statistical data and product specifications.
• Directly supervises employees in the Quality Control Department.
