Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years quality analysis or software testing experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience with hourly/non-exempt staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality operations across value streams, ensuring process adherence and inspection readiness.
• Drive CAPA and corrective actions with verification of effectiveness.
• Maintain QMS conformance (ISO 9001) including audits, document control and reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues.
