Job summary

Parker Hannifin in Illinois is seeking a Quality Analyst to lead daily quality operations within the value stream, ensuring product conformity and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will supervise inspection staff and drive continuous improvement with Lean/Six Sigma practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
2+ years in quality analysis or software testing (manual and/or automated).
1 year leading or supervising hourly staff preferred.
ASQ certification desired.

Responsibilities

Lead daily quality operations to ensure product conformity and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and develop inspection personnel.
Coordinate daily inspection activities and support schedules.
Monitor quality performance, nonconformances, and cost-of-quality indicators.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
