Job summary

Qualtronics in the United States seeks a seasoned Quality Manager to lead the Quality team and own the Quality Management System (QMS) across manufacturing operations. • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
• Proven ability to drive corrective actions and preventive measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality team and own the QMS across manufacturing operations.
• Drive corrective action processes (CARs) to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Suppliers and Customers to improve quality and compliance.
• Monitor quality data, trace nonconformances, and implement preventive actions.
• Prepare for and participate in customer and ISO audits; ensure audit readiness.
