Voltage-LL seeks an experienced QMS Manager to lead the Quality Management System across manufacturing operations in the United States. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer requirements while driving continuous improvement and supporting new product launches.

You will lead APQP/PPAP activities, manage document control, and drive CAPA through 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone analyses, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or quality field.
• 7+ years of quality systems experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of quality leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, CAPA.
• Experience in document control and records management.

Responsabilités

• Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) across manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and internal quality standards.
• Lead APQP and PPAP activities for new product launches and deliver PFMEAs, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and related deliverables.
• Manage Document Control and Quality Records, including revisions, approvals, retention, and change control.
• Lead audits and support internal, customer, certification, and third-party assessments.
• Drive CAPA using 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis; analyze quality trends for continuous improvement.
• Coach and train Quality Systems personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a key quality contact for customers and certification agencies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management to improve quality performance.
