Job summary

Tektronix Component Solutions is seeking a Quality Management Systems Manager to lead the QMS team and collaborate across the Quality organization. You will report to the Director of Quality & Reliability and contribute to top-level priorities and policy deployment.

The role covers QMS, Internal Audits, Document/Change Control, Management Reviews, and Regulatory Compliance. A strong leadership track record and experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Broad experience across Global Manufacturing and Quality including quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 or similar standards and auditing practices.
• Ability to lead transformative quality system initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
• Lead internal and external audits and certification activities.
• Manage document control, records management and quality governance processes.
• Drive Management Review processes and quality metrics reporting to align with business objectives.
• Lead CAPA programs and root-cause investigations to improve processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Regulatory functions to deploy quality standards.
• Coach staff on quality system requirements, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement.
• Support customer and regulatory audits and change management activities.
