Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience.
• Certified quality professional (e.g., CQA, CMQ/OE, PMP) preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental health and safety principles, policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement and ensure adherence to a quality program across functions.
• Develop/review standards, policies and procedures for production quality.
• Review and resolve quality issues with stakeholders including vendors and customers.
• Schedule and perform quality audits; report findings to leadership.
• Manage RCCA’s and ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Facilitate PFMEA’s and PCP’s for processes; support 6S, Delivery and Productivity.
