Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years quality experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
• Strong understanding of GD&T, metrology equipment and gauging.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits on manufacturing processes, firearms and shipments.
• Record variances, follow up on corrective actions, create Quality Alerts.
• Participate in daily shift meetings and MRB processes.
• Maintain and update departmental quality procedures and visual standards.
• Monitor non-conformance activity and assist production with problem solving.
• Investigate deviations and support corrective action planning.
• Demonstrate commitment to health and safety principles and policies.
• Contribute to 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity improvements.
