• Lead QMS strategy, governance, and DDX integration across manufacturing, shipping, receiving, and NPD.
• Be final authority for product release and regulatory compliance.
• Drive transition from detection-based to prevention-based quality with CTQ definitions.
• Lead audits and corrective actions addressing root causes.
