Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of manufacturing and/or quality experience, or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional, high-performing teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience in a DOD manufacturing environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 15–20 represented employees.
• Drive monthly delivery objectives per programs with the cell.
• Lead continuous improvement or lean projects in own area or across areas.
• Interface with engineering and program during production.
• Audit quality systems and ensure corrective actions.
