Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or process support preferred.
• Familiarity with SMT, through-hole, reflow, and soldering processes.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly identify process deviations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality technicians and coordinate inspection workloads.
• Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and customer standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities.
