Cascades is seeking a Quality Lead in Eau Claire, Wisconsin to drive the sites quality systems and ensure product quality across napkins, paper towels, and bath tissue manufacturing. You will lead the QMS, mentor operations teams, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-quality products while supporting customer audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive quality experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with tissue, paper, converting or highly regulated environments.
• Experience leading customer audits and quality improvement projects.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of QMS and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Promote a culture of quality ownership and accountability across all departments.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Develop and monitor quality KPIs, reporting performance trends and improvement opportunities to site leadership.
• Lead investigations related to customer complaints and quality concerns.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare for and lead customer, regulatory, certification, and corporate quality audits.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory, food safety, hygiene, and customer requirements.
• Support new product development, trials, and commercialization activities.
• Ensure new products meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Oversee quality testing programs and laboratory activities.
• Ensure testing methods, equipment calibration, and sampling processes are effective and compliant.
