Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and develop employees in the Quality department.
Monitor workload and coordinate workflow to meet production schedules.
Lead continuous improvement projects and drive process improvements.
Coordinate disposition of nonconforming products as a MRB member.
Assist with troubleshooting inspection processes and equipment; mentor staff.
Communicate stoppages or constraints to affected departments promptly.
Participate in internal and external audits and compliance efforts.
