Job summary

Riverside Machine & Engineering in Eau Claire, WI seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead the Inspection, Calibration, and Metrology departments, manage workload to meet schedules, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with Engineering and Production, support audits, and promote quality tools and methods such as 5-Why, FMEA, and GD&T.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in a quality, engineering, or manufacturing role.
• 2+ years in a team leader related position.
• Previous work experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop employees in the Quality department.
• Oversee Inspection, Calibration, and Metrology departments.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production to improve efficiencies while maintaining compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven problem solving.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
