Minimum 3 years QC inspection experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
Familiarity with tool calibration practices
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Willing to be forklift trained

Lead quality control team, training and development of inspectors
Perform or assign incoming inspection of raw materials and parts to meet PO/ drawings
Perform or assign First Article Inspections of parts
Conduct in-process QC audits and ensure conformance
Perform final inspection of pump assemblies and machined parts
Inspect and analyze returned/submitted products
Recommend shop methods to rework nonconforming parts
Document steps for disposition of nonconformances
Close NCRs in the NC system
Maintain calibration of inspection tools and equipment
Monitor monthly quality data and drive improvements
Promote safety and housekeeping in QC and plant
Assist hiring of new QC staff
Foster quality awareness and culture
