Responsibilities

• Support deployment of the quality strategy for the local organizational unit.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to quality management in the local organization.
• Use quality data analytics to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
• Facilitate resolution of customer cases by following robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
