Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in using measurement and inspection tools.
• Experience with non-conformance documentation preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP or MES systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to safely use a ladder and lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
• Certifications such as Certified Quality Inspector or Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts test protocols to ensure parts, products, and systems meet requirements and customer expectations for incoming, manufacturing or final inspection quality.
• Supports quality control needs and activities for supplier, production, testing and validation.
• Assists in quality-related training and promotes quality and integrity.
• Reports quality issues data and ensures adherence to the quality management system.
• Collaborates to improve test protocols and capability for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Evaluates quantitative metrics for compliance with requirements.
• Trains local teams in quality assurance and testing routines within control plans.
