3–5 years of lab-related experience.
Ability to prioritize duties and manage time effectively.
Ability to read SOPs and follow methods precisely.
Knowledge of basic computer operations and data entry.

Responsibilities

Pull, label and prepare finished product samples for testing and shelf-life evaluations.
Verify product labeling and code dates.
Perform sensory analysis on finished products (e.g., sour cream, cottage cheese).
Operate and calibrate lab equipment per SOP; troubleshoot as needed.
Communicate testing results to management per SOPs.
