Daisy Brand LLC seeks a 2nd Shift Quality Manager to lead on-shift quality operations, ensure food safety and product quality, and support continuous improvement. This role reports to the Quality Manager and collaborates with Technical Services and R&D to uphold Daisy Brand quality standards.

You will oversee QA staff, manage quality documentation, and coordinate with plant leadership on regulatory compliance and issue resolution while supporting site quality programs during shift activity.

Formación

• MS in Food Science/Dairy Product Technology or technical equivalent (Food Microbiology, Chemistry)
• 5–10 years QA/QC experience in a food manufacturing facility
• Excellent management, planning, organizational, and formal writing skills
• Formal education on GMP, SQF, TQM, HACCP, 6-sigma, or related methodologies

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production quality at the facility.
• Manage Quality Department budgets, including requisition approval and reconciliation.
• Provide oversight, manage and develop quality documentation for the facility and products.
• Serve as the site's legal point of contact for all quality-related government regulatory affairs.
• Develop Quality team members through training programs (new hire and ongoing).
• Liaison between Production, Technical Services, and Research and Development.
