Job summary

In this role, you will assist root-cause analyses, perform QA lab checks, document results, and help train QA Lab staff.

A High School Diploma with 1–3 years’ lab experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required, GMP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1-3 years’ lab experience, preferably in a food manufacturing facility.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Detail oriented with accurate and legible documentation.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Assist root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Perform QA lab checks and document results.
• Train QA Lab, Line, and dept. policies.
• Collect and ship customer samples with proper documentation.
