Job summary

Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance or Engineering and 1–3 years in lab testing and quality control in manufacturing. The role emphasizes collaboration with production and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in laboratory testing in a manufacturing environment.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform standardized qualitative and quantitative tests on work-in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct organoleptic and analytical tests, using instrumentation as needed.
• Submit samples for microbiological testing and maintain test results.
• Approve batches for packaging and ship finished products; flag non-conforming products.
• Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment; prepare reagents for testing.
