Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Lead Lab Technician responsible for ensuring that all products meet PCNA specifications. The role involves operating and calibrating blending equipment, testing water, syrup, and finished products, and reviewing records for accuracy.

You will train new associates, collaborate with the QC Supervisor and Manager, and support a fast-paced beverage production team focused on quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or three years of quality control experience.
• Must have basic math and computer skills.
• Background in chemistry and laboratory environment preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to think analytically.

Responsibilities

• Operates, monitors, and adjusts blending equipment to ensure product quality.
• Tests water quality, syrup quality, sugar testing, and finished product testing.
• Reviews daily records for accuracy and trains new associates.
• Calibrates equipment and monitors production lines for beverage quality.
• Trains new technicians and supports QC team daily.
• Handles lab inventory and housekeeping tasks as assigned.
