Job summary

The role involves supervising QA staff, maintaining GMP/HACCP practices, overseeing lab testing and documentation, and driving CAPAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in food/beverage manufacturing.
• 1–3 years in a leadership role.
• SAP, quality data software and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA technicians and batchers; deliver supervisory responsibilities per policy and law.
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws and maintain a clean, organized lab; conduct inventory and communicate needs.
