Job summary

Arc Beverage is seeking a QA/QC Lab Technician to lead quality checks on the production floor and support pre-operation inspections. You will monitor critical control points, verify labels, and perform shelf-life evaluations to ensure product quality and safety.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work some holidays and weekends is expected in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be detail oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and write effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work a flexible schedule including some holidays/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pre-operation inspections.
• Monitoring Critical control points.
• Verifying labels.
• Performing shelf-life evaluations.
• Monitoring GMP & Safety compliance of employees in production.
• Adhering to GFSI policies and procedures.
• Must always work safely and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Compliance with Arc Beverage policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
