Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a QA Engineer II to support and improve Compliance and Quality Assurance across the region. You will audit suppliers and contract manufacturers, investigate consumer complaints and non-conformances, and assist the QA management team in running QA operations.

The role requires a technical degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with FDA-regulated environments. Competitive compensation is offered, with a salary range disclosed below.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a technical role within a food/dietary supplement or pharma manufacturer.
• At least 1 year of testing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with statistical software such as Minitab/GraphPad preferred.
• Certifications: HACCP, PCQI preferred.
• Experience in FDA-regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled internal and external QA/food safety audits and manage remediation.
• Provide QA leadership updates on projects such as site risk assessments, environmental evaluations, water qualifications, and site improvements.
• Improve the Company Quality Management Systems.
• Investigate consumer complaints and non-conformances.
• Participate and support validation activities to meet business needs.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and report findings.
• Support the regional QA department operations.
