Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a quality role with supervisory experience.
• Experience with ISO standards and QMS.
• Strong communication with customers and vendors to resolve quality concerns.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS), maintain ISO compliance, and lead internal and external audits.
• Oversee document control, quality records, procedures, and engineering drawings.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints and manufacturing defects, including root‑cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervise and develop quality inspectors and technicians, providing hands‑on inspection support when needed.
• Oversee inspection processes, equipment calibration, and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Oversee the established company safety program and promote compliance with applicable safety requirements.
