Job summary
Entegris is seeking a Quality Lab Scientist II for a Thursday–Sunday shift (12:00 PM–10:30 PM) at our Bedford, MA facility. The role focuses on QA testing, supporting manufacturing processes, and analytical services for filtration membrane products used in semiconductor applications.
Responsibilities include test data analysis, instrument operation (GCMS, GCFID, HPLC, ASE, UV-VIS), SOP compliance, and data reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or equivalent science degree.
- Experience with chemistry lab and hands-on use of GCMS, LC, FTIR, UV-Vis and other analytical tools.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Conduct QA testing for UPE products and support manufacturing processes.
- Set up analytical standards, reagents and production chemicals used in testing.
- Analyze data, document test operations, and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Propose improvements and participate in MOC meetings.
- Maintain and update lab documents, SOPs and chemical inventories.
