Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Laboratory/QA role focusing on environmental monitoring and microbiology testing within the Quality organization in the United States. The role emphasizes testing in clean-rooms, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include performing surface and air testing, using SAS Air Sampler and Climet Counter, and ensuring documentation aligns with FDA cGMP guidelines. Growth within a collaborative team is encouraged.

Formación

• B.S. degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related science.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device industry preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data recording systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct microbiological analyses on raw materials, in-process and finished products.
• Use laboratory instrumentation and computer systems to collect and record data.
• Complete all testing in a timely manner following local procedures and cGMP regulations.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Perform weekly and monthly HEPA inspections to ensure filter integrity in clean-rooms.
• Review Environmental Events/Deviations and document/test prior to approval.
