Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Quality Lab Associate to perform qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on raw materials, solutions, and components following approved SOPs and test methods. You will train teammates, manage data, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to GDP, cGMP, FDA standards, and meticulous data integrity, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and 6S housekeeping practices.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Natural Sciences with chemistry preferred.
• 1+ years in a chemistry laboratory or Master's with relevant lab experience.
• Digital literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Good documentation and GDP knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organic or inorganic compounds using chromatography, spectroscopy, or spectrophotometry.
• Maintain lab instruments and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Prepare test solutions, compounds, standards or reagents for testing.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor operational procedures to ensure conformance to standards.
• Review samples, log them, and enter data into LIMS.
