Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare is seeking an RN Analyst L&D to support performance improvement initiatives across the hospital, under the Assistant CNO. You will compile and analyze data from Medical Staff activities and collaborate across nursing leadership to drive patient care improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven assessment, reporting, and coordination of PI activities, with a focus on safe, high-quality obstetric care and effective communication among care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current Licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in health care delivery systems with focus on Performance Improvement, Risk Management or related activities.
• 5 years experience in Labor & Delivery or L&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with implementing a hospital-wide Performance Improvement Program.
• Compile data from performance monitoring of Medical Staff activities and integrate with other PI activities.
• Establish monitoring/assessment criteria for clinical services with Medical Staff.
• Support development of data collection forms and focused assessment studies.
• Coordinate Medical Staff Departmental/Committee reporting and maintain centralized records of PI activities.
• Prepare summarized reports for Board of Trustees, Hospital Administration and committees.
