Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Quality Coordinator to support quality initiatives and patient safety. In this role you will round on units, promote best practices, and coordinate performance improvement activities.

Texas RN license required with 3 years acute care; BSN preferred. The position offers professional development and a collaborative team environment to advance hospital quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas or a Multi-State Compact with Texas license within 90 days.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in acute care.
• Quality RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rounding on units to strengthen staff relationships with Quality.
• Promote knowledge of quality and high reliability; implement best practices.
• Coordinate Performance Improvement Committees: meeting prep, agendas, minutes, action items.
• Analyze facility quality performance data and plan improvements.
