The Woman’s Hospital of Texas, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an RN Quality Labor and Delivery Analyst to support a hospital-wide Performance Improvement Program. You will compile performance data and work with Medical Staff to drive safety and quality in perinatal care.

Under the Assistant CNO, you will help shape patient-centered strategies, coordinate departmental activities, and ensure accurate reporting to leadership and committees.

Formación

• BSN required.
• Texas RN license required.
• Experience with Performance Improvement or Risk Management preferred.
• 5 years of L&D experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing a hospital-wide Performance Improvement Program.
• Compile and aggregate performance data for Medical Staff activities.
• Develop data collection and analysis forms.
• Coordinate Medical staff activities and report to leadership.
• Maintain centralized records of Performance Improvement activities.
