Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood seeks a RN Quality Analyst to act as a liaison across departments and lead improvement initiatives improving patient outcomes. The role focuses on ensuring evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance while guiding hospital-wide quality efforts.

The position requires a nursing license, collaboration with medical staff, and ongoing education to sustain high-quality care and safety across patient populations.

Qualifications

• Enforces ethics and compliance policies pertaining to their area.

Responsibilities

• Educate hospital staff on evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Develop and recommend protocol and guidelines for evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Oversees, analyzes, and trends data related to throughput of targeted patient populations.
• Provides data to outside agencies and hospital leaders to initiate change and improve processes and outcomes.
• Works closely with Emergency Medical Services to assure continuity of care.
