Qualifications

  • Work Experience: Experience with policy development, compliance monitoring, audit support, healthcare data, and/or quality improvement.
  • Education, Certification and Licensure: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Additional Skills & Knowledge: Analytical and technical problem solving to resolve data, reporting, and documentation issues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate organizational quality improvement initiatives utilizing PDSA cycles, workflow mapping, root cause analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Partner with frontline staff, providers, and leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions that enhance patient care, operational effectiveness, and organizational performance.
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary workgroups, committees, and project teams focused on quality improvement, patient experience, health outcomes, patient safety, operational efficiency, and health equity.
  • Support the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of quality improvement plans, performance measures, and organizational priorities.
  • Serve as ANHC's subject matter expert for quality reporting, quality measures, clinical performance indicators, and quality analytics.
  • Coordinate activities necessary to support compliance grants and accreditation including PCMH and UDS data and other required quality and regulatory reports.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of reports, dashboards, and performance measures.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze dashboards, scorecards, reports, and other tools that support organizational decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Translate complex data, quality measures, and regulatory requirements into meaningful and actionable information for staff, leadership, committees, and the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, finance, information technology, and leadership teams to support data-driven improvement efforts and reporting accuracy.
  • Provide education, coaching, and technical assistance related to quality improvement methods, quality measures, population health strategies, and performance reporting.
  • Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and analyses for leadership, committees, Board meetings, grant reporting, and regulatory purposes.
  • Support organizational efforts to promote a culture of continuous quality improvement, accountability, collaboration, and shared learning.
