The Manager of Quality Integration supports Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center's mission by coordinating, facilitating, and implementing quality improvement initiatives that improve patient outcomes, operational effectiveness, and the patient and staff experience. Working collaboratively across departments, this position partners with frontline staff, providers, and organizational leaders to identify improvement opportunities, develop sustainable solutions, and integrate best practices into daily operations. The Manager of Quality Integration serves as ANHC's subject matter expert for quality data, performance measurement, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) requirements, and Uniform Data System (UDS) reporting. This position utilizes data analytics, quality improvement methodologies, and performance monitoring tools to support organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Manager of Quality Integration emphasizes engaging those closest to the work in identifying barriers, testing solutions, and sustaining improvements over time.
