Responsibilities

• Lead organizational quality improvement initiatives using established methodologies (PDSA, root cause analysis).
• Partner with frontline staff, providers, and leaders to implement sustainable improvements.
• Coordinate quality reporting, dashboards, and performance measures for decision-making.
• Validate data, ensure accuracy of reports, and support regulatory reporting.
• Provide education and coaching on quality methods and population health strategies.
