Job summary

HealthPoint is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator to ensure high-quality, equitable care across its health center network. You will drive population health initiatives, lead improvement projects, and report outcomes to executive leadership, applying IHI/Lean methods.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, data-driven decision making, and familiarity with remote work dynamics in a community-based nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
• At least 6 months of applied healthcare quality improvement experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and regulations; ability to write reports and present to groups.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel or data analysis software skills; comfortable with remote work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the health center leadership team focusing on quality improvement and population health.
• Collaborate with Population Health leadership in a matrix management setup.
• Analyze healthcare systems and outcomes to drive improvements.
• Apply quality improvement methodologies (IHI/Lean) to structure projects.
• Interface with providers to drive system-wide improvements; report progress to leadership.
