Job summary

Alameda Alliance for Health seeks a Quality Improvement Clinical Manager to oversee clinical safety and drive continuous quality of care improvements. You will coordinate with multiple departments to implement corrective actions, monitor interventions, and enhance operational processes for efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional meetings, developing PQI/PPC/G&A work plans, and maintaining policies, dashboards, and quality measures.

Qualifications

• California licensed Registered Nurse.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree may substitute for two years of required experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical safety activities to ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to address system trends and monitoring findings.
• Develop and implement workflows related to FSR, PQI, PPC, G&A to improve efficiency.
• Manage LTC quality monitoring program in collaboration with LTC.
• Maintain policies and procedures for clinical safety unit.
• Provide training on clinical processes to support safety initiatives.
