Qualifications

• Five+ years of manufacturing experience in a similar industry or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with inspection tools and measurement equipment, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections throughout manufacturing.
• Accept or reject materials and work based on quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality reports.
• Identify nonconforming work and communicate findings to relevant departments.
• Communicate with vendors and customers as needed to resolve quality issues.
• Support Tier 2 meetings and cross-functional reporting.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements; travel may be required.
• Assist with corrective actions and document deviation reports.
