The role focuses on verifying dimensions, weld placement, and fittings to maintain consistent quality across all manufactured products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to read production sheets, and capable of documenting inspection results accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No certifications or licenses required.
• No prior experience required, though QC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each weld and pipe to ensure correct outlets and placements as per standards.
• Verify dimensions and weld placements per production sheets.
• Inspect threads and fittings per the Quality Control Sheet.
• Compare products to production sheets and discard non-conforming items.
• Complete QC sheets for each job and return to fabrication office daily.
• Stack tested products for processing, shipping, or packaging.
