Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with measurement devices (calipers, gauges) preferred.
• Ability to communicate issues across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect quality per VEKA standards (3-Tier Dimensional, Length, Surface, Go Gauge, Fit, Color, Bow, Impact).
• Guide acceptance and rejection decisions.
• Notify extrusion teams of substandard results and work with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Collect data and monitor samples according to VEKA standards.
• Evaluate extruded products to assist in developing Tooling Maintenance Requests (TMR).
• Perform AAMA 303 testing and document results.
• All other duties as assigned.
