Job summary

Lawrence Plastics, an injection molding supplier for the automotive industry, seeks experienced Quality Inspectors for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Ideal candidates have 1 year of quality experience and can read quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials and processes, reading blueprints, using automated testing systems, and ensuring safe, accurate performance. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with training in quality-related field.
• One year of related quality experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality control standards.
• Experience in an IATF 16949 environment is a definite plus.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Check quality of incoming and outgoing material and production procedures.
• Read blueprints and work instructions to understand quality expectations for each product and supply.
• Use automated systems to perform testing; maintain records of testing.
• Ensure employees are trained to perform duties safely and accurately.
• Comply with IATF 16949 standards.
• Other duties as required by the department.
